User Title Management
Grant, extend, or revoke PREMIUM & other titles. PREMIUM/VIP expire automatically — when a PREMIUM title expires, all Premium-only benefits (animated username, avatar shape, profile design, priority comments) are removed from the user and the user is notified.

Manually grant or remove Karma Points. Every adjustment is written to the admin audit log with the acting staff member, the affected user, the amount, the reason and a timestamp.

Send Notification
Notifications (including the Announcement type) only appear on the Notifications page. They do not create a popup. Use Important Announcements below for a site-wide popup.
Important Announcements
Publishing an Important Announcement shows a popup to every visitor (guests, users, Google logins, staff) on their next page load, and also saves it to the Notifications page. Each user only sees a given announcement once.
Manage Announcements
Delete outdated, duplicate, or mistakenly-sent announcements. Deletion is permanent and removes the announcement from every user's notifications page.
Maintenance Mode
When enabled, all readers are redirected to a maintenance page. Admins and moderators retain full access.
Page Maintenance
Put individual pages under maintenance. Users and guests still load the page, but it is blurred behind a maintenance window. Admins and moderators are unaffected.

URL Change Alerts
When a source page (e.g. AsuraScans) starts returning 404, Auto-Sync flags it here and tries to find the new URL by searching the source site. Review each match and approve to swap the URL on the series — chapters and user data are never touched.
Backup & Restore
Manual Firestore backup & restore. Use it to migrate the entire database to another Firebase project, or to keep periodic local snapshots without needing the Blaze plan’s Disaster Recovery feature.
Download Backup
Exports every Firestore collection (users, series, chapters, comments, reviews, ratings, notifications, reports, discussion posts, reading history, favorites, and more) into a single JSON file you can store offline.
Import Backup
Restores a previously downloaded backup file. Document IDs are preserved so references stay intact. This action cannot be undone.
Edit Source Plugins
Control whether each Source Plugin's public name and logo are visible to users and guests on the Migrate Series window (Sources page) and the Other Sources tab (series page). Hidden plugins continue to work internally — they're identified publicly only by their Source Number.
You can also rename a plugin for display (e.g. Asura Scan → Asura). The custom name is shown everywhere on the site — for admins, moderators, users and guests — while the plugin's internal identifier stays exactly the same, so imports, links and syncing keep working.
